Where do I get a tree?

We are working on developing a partnership with nurseries in different areas, but in the meanwhile, contact your local nursery and tell them that you want a hardy, fast growing, long lasting tree to plant and ask if they deliver, how much, what size tree, do they guarantee the tree? etc.
