Can I plant a tree on city property?

We have tried to come up with a list of how to work within city hall restrictions (but it IS city hall) and we can’t come up with an inclusive list. Just contact your city department and ask who is in charge of Department of Public Works, they will reference you to the right department. Tell them you want to donate a tree, you should get some assistance!
